Ralph: I grew up in a bilingual household. I love languages. I majored in French and minored in Spanish and I speak Italian from my family background, so I really wanted to do something with technology and languages and I found that. Interpro's primary focus and our main objective is to assist our clients in providing the highest quality translated product and service for their clients because they're selling their products in markets where English is not spoken and in the process providing a much better experience for their users.

Lei: We localize everything from small documentation, to bigger websites, to software applications to mobile apps to eLearning modules. Anything that our clients want to deliver into another language we can do it.

Larry: Interpro offers the ability to work in pretty much any file format. We have translators that are subject matter experts on a variety of topics. The other advantage that we have is that we are a multiple language vendor so a client can send us something that they need translated into twenty different languages and we can handle the entire process from there.

Ralph: We take a very personalized, customized approach. We want to form long-term partnerships with both our clients and our partners who work with us providing language services, our in country teams.

Beshar: We often exceed the expectations of the clients. We focus on quality on making sure that whatever the client is asking for is done in an efficient way and done the right way.

Ralph: I firmly believe that by establishing these long-term relationships and becoming partners that we get to learn our clients' business and there's a bond that has developed and a trust where we're truly an extension of their product development teams. We are transparent from beginning to end.

Beshar: Trying to help them think that translation is something that they don't need to worry about. They just need to send it to us and we'll take care of all the steps and they will know that in the end they will receive high quality product.

Lei: We care about our client, so we are very responsive to our client’s needs and requests and queries. We will ensure we always deliver the best quality project each time.

Ralph: I think that everybody likes to come to work because they really enjoy what they're doing, they come from language backgrounds. It's a people business. I know that people are talking about machine translation and Google Translate and doing it all with machines, but what it boils down to is how good your customer service is. Our people are there for the long term and they learn our clients' business and our clients appreciate that and I think that's a big part of why we've been very successful at creating these long-term relationships.

The Interpro team

Since 1995, the Interpro team has been delivering high-quality translation services for our clients. In this video, you’ll meet our professional, personable team, and learn exactly how we provide our clients with consistent, accurate translations in multiple languages. Our customized approach reflects our long-term methodology of working with our clients and in-country translation teams.

Ralph: I was a cooperate translation manager at two software companies, and I was responsible for creating the foreign language versions of our products so I would be in the position where I’d have to find someone to provide that service for me. Trying to get software localization services done correctly back in the mid to late 90’s was not an easy task, as I found out.

After a couple of years, I finally figured out that there was a market niche for someone to be able to provide software localization services the right way. I founded Interpro with that objective of providing high quality software localization services, and to do it cost-effectively for our clients.

Really what I wanted to do was establish relationships that would last several years, so right now, we have clients that we’re working with, who we started working with back in 1997. And by the same token, we’ve got our language teams which are in country; we’ve been working with some of them since 1995.

We are very transparent. We let people know upfront what they’re going to pay for something, and we let people know upfront when they’re going to get their product delivered.

We are basically considering ourselves their partners, and part of their team, and that changes the whole way in which we do business with them.

About us

Interpro’s CEO, Ralph Strozza, takes us back to how the idea for Interpro came about. As a corporate translation manager at two global software companies, Ralph realized the need for high-quality software localization services, and launched Interpro with that goal in mind. Since founding the company, Ralph has emphasized its values of transparency, building relationships, and working with clients as an extension of their team in order to help them achieve their translation goals.

Jeff: I find that Interpro’s customer service is really unrivaled. They are willing to go the extra mile to make an investment.

Greg: They had some processes that were able to provide much more efficient workflow, quicker turnarounds, and really, at the end of the day, flawless work product.

Carla: They’ve provided guidance to better our translation process, and definitely one of the best that I have worked with over the years.

Greg: We had a lot of folks who were using, you know, Google Translate or something along those lines to do translation. But, if you’re going to be a professional company selling all over the world, you need a professional translation agency to help you do that.

Jeff: I think the biggest difference between Interpro and other translation companies is attention to detail, and the fact that they have a proven process; it’s not just taking a language and translating it, it’s really a process of localizing it.

Greg: It’s a partnership, it’s a true partnership. They’re there to make sure that we’re a success.

Carla: When we have an issue, it’s never a hassle, it’s let’s get it done, let’s take care of it. It’s like you’re working with your best friend sometimes. When they can turn it around so fast for you, and get something out the door that makes your company look good.

Greg: Interpro came in, showed us, this is the way you need to do it, and now they are flexible enough to grow with us as we go to new countries, new geographies, and translate new languages.

Jeff: They’re not only good from a technical standpoint, but they’re great people. They really provide excellent service, outstanding value, and they’re always there when you need them.
