How do we accomplish this? Interpro's operational model functions through an optimum combination of in-house professionals teamed up with a select group of in-country, single-language partner companies working together in an almost seamless manner.

Our in-house resources include a very experienced pool of localization professionals: project managers, engineers, translators, editors, and desktop publishing specialists. This team is enhanced by our in-country partners, who were selected based upon having identical in-house resources, working with the same tools, using similar processes, and sharing a mirror-image philosophy toward quality, client satisfaction, and an ethical way of doing business.

While Interpro is a Multiple Language Vendor (MLV) by virtue of providing its services in multiple languages, we are different from traditional MLVs primarily in that the people who work for us and with us are "hands-on" in every aspect of every project that we execute for our clients. Our project managers, engineers, and DTP specialists all have worked for several years as product localizers and translators. This means that, rather than just being facilitators of outsourcing work to available third party resources, we are active participants from start to finish, working hand in hand with our partners, some of whom have been working with us since the day we opened our doors for business.

The value we add to our clients enables them to enjoy all of the practical, logistical efficiencies of an MLV, while providing the level of quality, service, and attention to detail at the language level characteristic of a Single Language Vendor.
