Interpro Translation Solutions, Inc., has expanded its reach to clients on the East and West coasts of the US by opening offices in Rochester, NY and San Francisco, CA. The New York office is managed by Jim Freville, who joined the Company in December, 2009. The California office, Interpro's second location on the West Coast, is managed by Mike Chittum, who joined the company this month.
Jim Freville has extensive experience in the translation industry, having worked with the two largest developers of translation technology, SDL and Across Systems. Jim manages Business Development for Interpro's East Coast operations. Mike Chittum's résumé includes translation and localization sales experience with CyraCom and Transware. Mike is now responsible for Interpro's West Coast business development.
The new offices provide sales, marketing, and client support services to our clients located in those geographies. Both offices report into Bill Johnson, Interpro's Vice President of Sales and Marketing, who joined the Company in Q3/2009.
"Jim Freville and Mike Chittum bring invaluable translation industry experience to the Interpro team. The opening of these new locations will allow us to provide better, more responsive, and more personalized service to our clients and prospects on both coasts," said Ralph Strozza, Interpro's CEO. "Coming off 2009, during which real revenue grew 10% over the previous year, our continued investment in people and infrastructure during these times of downsizing and belt tightening will position us for additional growth as the economy recovers."
