In early 2004, Littelfuse initiated the development of a completely redesigned and redeveloped corporate website. In order to reinforce their global brand and to communicate consistently with their customers throughout the world, they made the decision to make their site available in multiple languages. Their search for a localization partner who had the necessary expertise, experience, and resources to cost-effectively produce high quality versions of the new website within the shortest possible timeframe led them to Interpro Translation Solutions. Work began in July on the first two languages to be offered - Japanese and Simplified Chinese - and was completed in October. The launch of the live Chinese site took place in early November 2004, and Japanese went live in December 2004. In 2005, Interpro was selected to localize Littelfuse's corporate website into German.
